How do I reset my Support Portal access if I can't log in?


All Designated Support Contacts (DSCs) have been sent an invitation to new Support Portal at https://helpdesk.optiproerp.com

If you are a DSC and your credentials are not working, you may reset your password using Forgot Password? Reset. This link also is available from the Sign In screen. After completing the form, you'll be sent an email from helpdesk@optiproerp.com with reset instructions. Please do not email helpdesk@optiproerp.com as it is reserved for the ticket system and not monitored.

If you do not receive the reset email or have other issues resetting your password, please contact BatchMaster Support and a team member will assist:
